We are offering an internal opportunity to join our Aberdeen branch as an Internal Sales colleague — a key role at the centre of our customer relationships and branch performance.

Our Internal Sales team plays a crucial role in delivering a great customer experience. You will be trusted to manage customer enquiries end-to-end — from first contact through to order completion, while supporting both customers and external sales colleagues.
This isn’t just about processing orders. It’s about building relationships, spotting opportunities, and making sure things get done properly.
What you’ll be doing
- Handling customer enquiries, quotes, and orders from start to finish
- Managing "cradle to grave" order progression where required
- Advising customers on products, availability, and pricing
- Following up with customers and developing sales opportunities
- Supporting external sales colleagues with order processing and progress
- Liaising with suppliers to order, expedite, and resolve issues
- Managing order discrepancies, returns, and overdue orders
- Working closely with branch and warehouse colleagues
- Supporting warehouse and trade counter activity when required
