MacGregor Industrial Supplies in Portree is seeking an Administrator to support the day-to-day running of our busy Service & Hire department. This full-time role (37.5 hours) focuses on customer enquiries, processing service and hire sales, stock replenishment and showroom upkeep.
You will handle admin tasks for the service and hire team, advise customers on hire equipment, and liaise with technicians and the department manager to meet targets while ensuring cost control and smooth scheduling.
