Workshop Supervisor

We’re looking for a practical, hands‑on Workshop Supervisor to support the day‑to‑day running of our Agricultural, Construction and Ground Care workshop in Inverurie. This role suits someone who takes real pride in their work, has a strong work ethic, and leads by example on the workshop floor. You’ll be passionate about doing the job properly, supporting your team, and delivering a reliable, high‑quality service to customers. Our workshop supports a wide range of leading equipment franchises, carrying out servicing, repairs, diagnostics and warranty work for customers across the region. You’ll play a key role in making sure work is planned well, standards are high, and our values are reflected in how we work every day. You’ll be working across a diverse and respected portfolio of equipment brands, including: Bobcat – agricultural and construction equipment Bomag – compaction and road construction equipment Iseki – tractors and agricultural machinery STIHL – professional ground care and forestry equipment Honda – ground care and power equipment Key Responsibilities Workshop
