Why this role matters
When the right part is available at the right time, everything works. When it’s not… everything stops. You’ll be at the centre of that — supporting workshops, helping customers, and making sure nothing grinds to a halt.
What you’ll be doing
- This isn’t just a desk job — it’s fast‑paced, hands‑on, and varied.
- Be the go‑to person for parts — supporting workshops, trade customers and the public.
- Handle enquiries across phone, email and trade counter.
- Process orders quickly and accurately — keeping things moving.
- Proactively help customers find the right parts (and spot opportunities to add value).
- Manage stock — from ordering and receiving to storage and despatch.
- Keep systems up to date and accurate.
- Carry out stock checks and resolve discrepancies.
- Work closely with the wider team to keep service levels high.
- Keep your workspace organised, safe and efficient.
What makes you a great fit
- You don’t need to know everything — but you do need the right mindset.
- You’re organised and like getting things right first time.
- You enjoy helping customers and solving problems.
- You’re confident communicating with different people.
- You’re a team player — reliable and supportive.
- You’re proactive — you don’t wait to be asked.
- You’re comfortable using systems (or willing to learn quickly).
What you’ll get
- A role where you genuinely make a difference every day.
- Variety — no two days are the same.
- A supportive team who know their stuff.
- The chance to build knowledge across products, systems and customers.
- A business that values people who take ownership and do the right thing.
If you like being busy, solving problems, and being the person people rely on — this is a great opportunity to step into a key role.
