What you’ll be doing

  • This isn’t just a desk job — it’s fast‑paced, hands‑on, and varied.
  • Be the go‑to person for parts — supporting workshops, trade customers and the public.
  • Handle enquiries across phone, email and trade counter.
  • Process orders quickly and accurately — keeping things moving.
  • Proactively help customers find the right parts (and spot opportunities to add value).
  • Manage stock — from ordering and receiving to storage and despatch.
  • Keep systems up to date and accurate.
  • Carry out stock checks and resolve discrepancies.
  • Work closely with the wider team to keep service levels high.
  • Keep your workspace organised, safe and efficient.
