What you’ll be doing
- This isn’t just a desk job — it’s fast‑paced, hands‑on, and varied.
- Be the go‑to person for parts — supporting workshops, trade customers and the public.
- Handle enquiries across phone, email and trade counter.
- Process orders quickly and accurately — keeping things moving.
- Proactively help customers find the right parts (and spot opportunities to add value).
- Manage stock — from ordering and receiving to storage and despatch.
- Keep systems up to date and accurate.
- Carry out stock checks and resolve discrepancies.
- Work closely with the wider team to keep service levels high.
- Keep your workspace organised, safe and efficient.
