Senior Team Leader in Inverness

We’re now seeking a motivated Senior Team Leader to support the Branch Manager in driving performance, coaching teams, and ensuring customer excellence every day.

Role Overview

As a Senior Team Leader, you’ll be a key leader within the Inverness branch — leading by example, developing your team, and ensuring operational goals are met. You’ll champion our values, provide first-class customer service, and support continuous improvement in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, support and coach the branch team to deliver high performance and excellent customer service.
• Drive achievement of branch operational targets and key performance indicators.
• Assist the Branch Manager with daily operational oversight and decision‑making.
• Foster a positive, inclusive work environment that encourages learning and engagement.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and development of new team members.
• Manage performance issues and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies and procedures.
• Act as a visible role model for service excellence and company values.

About You

• You’re someone who:
• Has strong leadership and people management skills.

• Is confident coaching and developing others.
• Can prioritise effectively and adapt to change.
• Has previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role (preferably in a branch or retail environment).
