We’re looking for a creative and organised Marketing Executive to help plan, deliver, and report on marketing activity across the business. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on marketing experience who enjoys generating ideas, creating engaging content, and taking ownership of campaigns from concept through to delivery.
Working closely with the wider marketing team and external partners, you’ll help bring campaigns to life across digital and offline channels, manage content calendars, and use performance insights to continually improve future activity — all while working in line with MacGregor Industrial Supplies’ core values: Do the Right Thing, Be the Best, Customer First, Community Spirit, and Future Focus.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Planning and delivering marketing campaigns, from creative concept through to execution
- Developing creative ideas and content that support brand and business objectives
- Building and managing content calendars across digital channels
- Creating and coordinating print marketing materials such as flyers, posters, in-store signage, and basic advertising assets
- Working with brand guidelines to ensure consistency across digital and print output
- Coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver projects
- Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, engagement, and results
- Sharing insights and recommendations to help improve future marketing activity
- Demonstrating and championing MIS values in all work
