We’re growing our Catering & Hygiene Division in Inverness and looking for someone with passion, energy and real drive to join our Internal Sales team.

What You’ll Be Doing
This is not just an order-processing role. You will:
- Own and progress customer enquiries from first contact to conclusion.
- Develop leads and actively look for upselling opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with hospitality and catering customers.
- Advise confidently on catering equipment and hygiene solutions.
- Price orders, manage availability and coordinate with suppliers.
- Chase quotes and proactively follow up opportunities.
- Review overdue orders and resolve issues quickly.
- Support showroom activity when needed.
- Work closely with external sales colleagues to grow accounts.
- Maintain accurate pricing and system data.
- Help drive the performance of the division.
You’ll be the person customers trust — the one who calls back, follows up, and gets things done.
