We are recruiting a Honda ATV Apprentice Technician to join our busy Servicing & Hire department. The successful candidate will assist in the service, repair, and testing of a range of equipment while working toward a recognised vocational qualification through a 3-year Honda ATV Apprenticeship, including block release college training and ongoing workplace assessments.

No experience is required - just a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and an interest in vehicles.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Honda Apprentice Technician, you'll learn how to:

• Service and maintain vehicles to manufacturer standards
• Identify and diagnose basic faults
• Remove, replace and refit vehicle components
• Use specialist tools, equipment and diagnostic systems
• Work safely and effectively in a busy workshop environment
• Work as part of a skilled and supportive team

Every day will bring new challenges and opportunities to develop your skills.

This apprenticeship is delivered in partnership with Moray Firth Training and leads to a Scottish Vocational Qualification (SVQ) Level 2 (SCQF Level 5).

During the first two years, you'll attend Moray Firth Training for six one-week training blocks each year, where you'll develop both your practical skills and technical knowledge.

Your third year will be spent primarily in the workplace, building a portfolio of evidence and demonstrating your competence through practical assessments and workplace observations.

Ideally, you'll have completed at least four years of secondary education, with subjects such as Science, Technical Studies, Engineering or Practical Craft Skills being advantageous.
