At MacGregor Industrial Supplies, we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding service to our customers across the North of Scotland. We're looking for a reliable, customer-focused Multi-Drop Driver to join our team.
This is more than just a driving role. You'll be the face of our business, ensuring customers receive the right products on time while supporting our warehouse operation when deliveries are complete. What you'll be doing
- Deliver products safely and efficiently to customers across the North of Scotland.
- Plan and complete daily delivery routes within agreed timescales.
- Load, unload and secure goods to ensure safe transportation.
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork.
- Provide a professional and friendly service, resolving customer queries or passing them to the appropriate team.
- Ensure all driving activities comply with road traffic legislation and company safety procedures.
When you're not on the road, you'll also:
- Pick and pack customer and warehouse orders accurately.
- Assist with loading delivery vehicles.
- Support general warehouse operations as required.
- Help maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
- As with any role in a growing business, you may occasionally be asked to undertake other duties appropriate to your position.
What we're looking for
You’ll be someone who:
- Holds a full UK driving licence (a clean licence is preferred).
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys delivering excellent customer service.
- Works well independently while also being a supportive team member.
- Is organised, reliable and able to manage their workload effectively.
- Has good literacy and numeracy skills to complete delivery documentation accurately.
- Is flexible and willing to work additional hours when business needs require.
- Adapts positively to change and new challenges.
- A licence to drive a 7.5-tonne vehicle with a valid Driver CPC would be advantageous, although full support may be available for the right candidate.
