We are looking for someone who is organised and ambitious to join our team as a Senior Administrative Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the start of their career who is eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term future with us, whether that's developing within administration or progressing into a broader role over time. This is a permanent role, that can be either full or part time. What we're looking for is someone sharp, dependable, and keen to get stuck in.
Key Responsibilities- Taking ownership of the day-to-day administration that keeps the business running smoothly.
- Supporting our consultants with organising and maintaining their databases, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
- Helping to research and compile target lists of key decision-makers and companies to support business development activity.
- Supporting our Marketing & CRM team with email campaigns and research.
- Drafting and posting job adverts across platforms including LinkedIn and job boards.
- Managing general office coordination, correspondence, and scheduling.
- Collaborating with the wider team and picking up varied tasks as the business needs evolve.
- Educated to degree level (any discipline welcome).
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Previous experience using a CRM system.
- A clear and confident communicator, comfortable corresponding professionally by email and phone.
- Self-motivated and willing to take initiative, even when the task is new to you.
- Comfortable working with data and picking up new systems quickly.
- A team player who takes pride in doing things well.
