This is a 5-day at-site role, based in Wembley. This is a true HR Business Partner role within a growing retail organisation where people strategy meets commercial delivery.
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, driving performance, shaping culture, and influencing key business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Partnering with senior leaders to align HR strategy with business goals
- Leading complex employee relations cases and providing expert guidance
- Driving engagement, performance, and organisational effectiveness
- Supporting change management and transformation initiatives
- Using data and insight to inform people decisions
- Coaching and developing managers to elevate leadership capability
- Proven HRBP or Senior Advisor experience in retail, food manufacturing, or similar sectors
