MacGregor Black is currently partnering with a well-established consumer goods brand, on the search for Account Manager- Value. This is a permanent role based in Manchester. As the Account Manager- Value, you will lead and grow our Value/Discount retail partnerships. You will own the commercial strategy across this channel, delivering sustainable growth, exceptional retailer relationships, and best-in-class execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and grow Value/Discount retail accounts across the UK
- Develop and deliver robust joint business plans
- Lead annual negotiations, pricing, and promotional planning
- Use data and insight to drive commercial decision-making
- Work cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, and category teams
- Forecasting, budgeting, and full P&L ownership for the channel
- Proven experience managing Value/Discount retail accounts
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Confident working with data and building business cases
