This is a Perm role and is based on-site in Buckinghamshire.

Key Requirements- Overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations including goods-in, storage, picking & dispatch
- Managing stock levels, inventory systems, monthly stocktakes & data accuracy
- Supervising and supporting a growing warehouse team, ensuring productivity and safety standards
- Coordinating ecommerce builds, bulk orders, and supporting the packaging lines with materials
- Leading continuous improvement across space utilisation, workflow, and systems
- Supporting wider business growth including international deliveries and 3PL launches
- Providing operational support across pest control, health & safety, facilities, and even customer services when needed
- 4+ years’ experience in warehouse, logistics or supply chain roles (FMCG or food & drink preferred)
- Hands-on, highly organised, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Brings a proactive mindset and thrives in a scale-up, high-growth culture
- Can confidently operate warehouse equipment (FLT, Reach Truck etc.)
- Experience with stock control systems and a strong focus on process improvement
- Passion for sustainability, quality and being part of something meaningful
