Do you have hands-on experience running warehouse and logistics operations within food or drink manufacturing? Are you someone who improves systems and processes rather than simply maintaining them? Looking for a role where you can help shape and define how a growing production business operates?
MacGregor Black is partnering with a premium Beverage producer on the search for a Warehouse & Logistics Manager. This is a permanent role and will be based Monday β Friday, on-site in Buckinghamshire.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including goods in, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Manage inventory control, stock accuracy, monthly stocktakes, and warehouse data systems
- Oversee shipping and receiving, including quality control of inbound and outbound goods
- Lead, schedule, train, and performance-manage warehouse staff
- Ensure efficient bulk picking, packing, ecommerce order processing, and dispatch
- Stock and support packaging lines with all required materials
- Maintain safe, compliant working practices across health & safety, food safety, fire safety, and facilities
- Monitor productivity and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead or support warehouse optimisation projects and layout improvements
- Support the launch of new distribution channels, international deliveries, and future warehouses or 3PL partners
- Collaborate with wider operations, supporting customer service, purchasing, logistics, and production when required
- Proven experience managing warehouse and logistics operations within FMCG, food, or drink
- Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse systems, and operational workflows
- Experience leading teams in fast-paced operational environments
- Forklift and reach truck experience (or willingness to obtain certification)
- High attention to detail with strong data and stock accuracy discipline
- Comfortable working hands-on as well as strategically
