Are you comfortable taking responsibility on shift, supporting others, and keeping packaging operations running efficiently? MacGregor Black is partnering with a premium Non-Alc Beverage producer on the search for a Senior Packaging Operator. This is a permanent role and will be based Monday β Friday, on-site in Buckinghamshire.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate and maintain bottling and canning lines in line with SOPs
- Support the Packaging Lead with day-to-day packaging operations
- Act as shift supervisor or shift support as required by production
- Follow health, safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times
- Identify packaging risks and support mitigation and quality control
- Monitor packaging line performance and support efficiency improvements
- Work with production teams to update SOPs and improve ways of working
- Support training of team members on packaging procedures
- Assist with wider production and warehouse tasks when required
- Experience in food or drinks packaging, ideally bottling or canning
- Mechanical, hands-on approach to problem solving
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Flexible approach to workload and responsibilities
- Forklift licence beneficial but not essential
- Market-related salary, dependent on experience
