MacGregor Black are partnering with a Global Market Leading Consumer electronics brand on the search for a Paid Media Specialist. This is a permanent role based in Berkshire.
As a Paid Media Specialist, you will play a key role in managing paid media campaigns and supporting wider digital marketing initiatives. You'll work both hands-on within media. You will also contribute to website optimisation and content management to ensure an excellent user experience and seamless support for product visibility and retail promotions.
- Define, build and implement paid media strategies aligned to overall marketing and commercial objectives.
- Execute and optimise campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, Spotify, Pinterest, Twitch, and CTV.
- Manage budgets, campaign setup, performance tracking, and hands-on optimisation across digital media channels.
- Create product asset packs for retailers to support product launches and promotions.
- Ensure brand consistency across digital and retail channels.
- Maintain and update local websites, ensuring content and product catalogues are current and optimised.
- Analyse campaign performance data, report on key metrics, and deliver actionable insights for improvement.
- Manage PO creation, track spend, and ensure financial compliance across campaigns.
- Support wider digital initiatives as needed in line with company goals.
Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, Spotify, Pinterest, and Twitch. Strong understanding of campaign planning, optimisation, and performance analysis. Experience managing retail and e-commerce product content. Familiarity with website CMS management and content refreshes. Proficiency in Google Analytics / GA4 and performance tracking tools. Previous experience in consumer goods, e-commerce, or performance marketing roles is advantageous.
