MacGregor Black are partnering with a global FMCG business in the search for a Talent Development Partner. This is a perm role based in Kent.
Key Responsibilities:- This role is responsible for driving global talent attraction, acquisition, and internal mobility strategies to ensure a high-quality and diverse talent pipeline.
- Develop and implement global talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier talent and enhance employer branding.
- Collaborate with regional HR teams to ensure talent acquisition policies align with local needs and regulatory requirements.
- Support the design and execution of employer branding initiatives, positioning the organisation as an employer of choice in the global market.
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of HR technology platforms, such as ATS to improve candidate experience and hiring efficiency.
- Utilise data analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay informed about market trends and industry innovations to optimise recruitment initiatives.
- Design and deliver training programs for HR teams and hiring managers to enhance talent acquisition capabilities.
- Oversee and continuously improve the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
- Support the creation and implementation of internal mobility programs to facilitate career growth and development within the organisation.
- Develop policies and processes that encourage internal transfers and cross-functional movement.
- Work closely with HR Business Partners and Talent Management teams to promote internal mobility initiatives.
- Track and analyse internal mobility metrics to assess program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage the deployment, monitoring, and communication of internal mobility initiatives across the organisation.
- Proven experience in designing and executing global talent acquisition strategies.
- Strong knowledge of best practices and emerging trends in talent attraction and acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across various levels of the organization.
- Ability to work effectively in a complex, global, and matrixed environment.
- Proficiency in data analytics and experience using HR technology platforms.
- Strong project management skills with a high level of attention to detail.
