We are looking for someone who is organised and ambitious to join our team as a Recruitment Support Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the start of their career who is eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term future with us, whether that's developing within administration or progressing into a broader role over time. This is a permanent role, that can be either full or part time.

What we're looking for is someone sharp, dependable, and keen to get stuck in.

Key Responsibilities
  • Taking ownership of the day-to-day administration that keeps the business running smoothly.
  • Supporting our consultants with organising and maintaining their databases, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
  • Helping to research and compile target lists of key decision-makers and companies to support business development activity.
  • Supporting our Marketing & CRM team with email campaigns and research.
  • Drafting and posting job adverts across platforms including LinkedIn and job boards.
  • Managing general office coordination, correspondence, and scheduling.
  • Learning how our CRM system works and helping to keep data clean and well-maintained.
  • Collaborating with the wider team and picking up varied tasks as the business needs evolve.

  • Educated to degree level (any discipline welcome).
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • A clear and confident communicator, comfortable corresponding professionally by email and phone.
  • Self-motivated and willing to take initiative, even when the task is new to you.
  • Comfortable working with data and picking up new systems quickly.
  • A team player who takes pride in doing things well.
