Macgregor Black are partnering with a market-leading equipment brand, on the search for a Junior National Account Manager. As a Junior National Account Manager, you will support the management and development of key retail and distribution accounts, playing an important role in driving revenue growth and strengthening customer relationships.

You will act as a key point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring a high standard of service while identifying opportunities to expand commercial partnerships. Working closely with internal teams, you will help deliver effective account strategies aligned with wider business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, managing day-to-day communication
  • Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Develop a strong understanding of customer businesses, including their goals, challenges and market dynamics
  • Support the creation and execution of strategic account plans
  • Identify opportunities for new business, as well as upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts
  • Drive account growth by identifying and pursuing new revenue opportunities
  • Work towards and support the achievement of sales targets and overall business profitability
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product and customer support teams
  • Communicate customer feedback and insights to internal stakeholders
  • Use data and analytics to monitor account performance and identify actionable insights
  • Prepare reports on account status, forecasts and performance metrics
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market developments and competitor activity
