Senior Performance Marketing Executive

MacGregor Black is currently partnering with a Confidential Consumer Brand on the search for a Senior Performance Marketing Executive . This is a permanent remote role (UK-based).
As Senior Performance Marketing Executive , you will support the Head of Digital Growth, owning the paid marketing workflow across multiple international channels. From campaign planning and creative briefing to reporting and optimisation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping strategy, driving results, and ensuring strong collaboration between internal teams and agency partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the performance marketing workflow, managing testing across creative, audiences, bidding, and customer journeys to deliver acquisition and retention KPIs.
- Work with in-house creative teams to brief ad assets and establish best practice guidelines by channel.
- Monitor paid channel trends, pivoting to leverage new technologies, AI, and workflow efficiencies.
- Support the Head of Digital Growth in budget pacing across Meta, Google, Amazon, and TikTok.
- Forecast trade performance across web, Amazon, and TikTok while helping shape new channel and market launches.
- Manage and optimise international product feeds across web, Amazon, and TikTok Shop.
- Plan and schedule campaigns for launches, promotions, and collaborations across multiple paid channels.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, identifying risks early and driving rapid responses to opportunities.
- Support reporting cycles, building robust frameworks in tools such as Looker Studio, Meta Ad Manager, Google Ads, MerchantSpring, and TikTok Ad Manager.
- Act as a primary point of contact for agency partners, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and to target.
What are we looking for?
- 3+ yearsβ hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, Amazon, and TikTok.
- Proven analytical skills and commercial awareness, with a track record of delivering measurable growth.
- Experience in start-up, SME, or D2C environments advantageous.
- Data-driven with a strong ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns in fast-moving environments.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
