MacGregor Black is proud to partner with an exciting Beverage Producer in the search for a Senior Packaging Operator. This is a Perm role and is based on-site in Buckinghamshire. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a high-performing production team at a purpose-built, state-of-the-art Fermentery. You will be working across premium bottling and canning lines and contributing to one of the most exciting brands in alcohol-free drinks as they expand across the UK and into international markets.

Key Requirements
  • Support day-to-day operation of bottling and canning lines, acting as shift lead or shift support as required.
  • Follow SOPs with precision, ensuring packaging quality, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently met.
  • Troubleshoot, maintain and improve machinery performance with support from the Packaging Lead.
  • Work cross-functionally with warehouse, filtration and fermentation teams during production runs.
  • Assist with packaging line performance analysis and operational improvements.
  • Contribute to team training and SOP development as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and efficient working environment, taking pride in attention to detail.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years' experience in a packaging or production role (drinks or food sector preferred).
  • Practical and mechanically minded with confidence operating and maintaining production equipment.
  • Proactive and flexible, with a can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in across functions.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, scale-up environment with evolving processes and systems.
  • Strong team player with a positive outlook and commitment to high standards.
  • Enjoys contributing to a strong company culture and being part of a growing mission-led business.
