MacGregor Black is working with a fast-growing, premium British spirits business to appoint an On-Trade Sales Manager to lead their London expansion. This is a remote, permanent position focused on building long-term distribution and reputation across the capital’s most influential venues. This role suits someone who thrives in autonomy, prefers the bar to the desk, and wants to play a visible part in scaling ambitious challenger brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a London territory plan focused on high-quality on-trade accounts
- Secure new listings and grow distribution across cocktail bars, premium pubs, hotels, and hospitality groups
- Build lasting partnerships with bartenders, managers, and owners through regular in-market presence
- Drive menu features, staff advocacy, and repeat purchasing
- Represent the brands at tastings, activations, and industry events
- Protect brand positioning and quality of execution in every outlet
- Collaborate with wholesale partners to unlock the right customers and volume opportunities
- Track performance within your patch and feed insight back into the wider commercial team
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience selling spirits into the London on-trade
- Established relationships within the bar and hospitality community
- Comfortable competing in premium categories and winning distribution
