This is a permanent on-site role. As the Strategic Partnership Director, you will drive revenue and brand engagement by securing high-value partnerships with retail, hospitality and lifestyle brands. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to attract partners who can leverage advertising solutions, digital shop windows, and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Identify, engage, and secure strategic retail and lifestyle partners to enhance rewards offering.
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to maximise revenue through targeted advertising campaigns and digital shop windows.
- Negotiate commercial agreements that drive partner engagement and long-term value for members.
- Leverage data insights and analytics to demonstrate the effectiveness of advertising and promotional platforms.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and digital teams to deliver integrated campaigns that align with partners’ business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in retail and lifestyle sectors.

Proven track record in strategic partnerships, business development, or sales within the retail and lifestyle sector. Strong understanding of digital advertising, e-commerce, targeted marketing, and customer engagement strategies. Experience working with advertising platforms, data-driven marketing, and digital shop windows. Commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate complex agreements and drive revenue growth. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data insights to inform strategic decision-making. Passion for innovation, digital transformation, and creating exceptional customer experiences.
