We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day performance of multiple convenience retail sites. This is a field-based role requiring a hands-on leader with a passion for retail excellence, team development, and operational efficiency. You’ll thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same — driving commercial performance, leading high-performing teams, and ensuring the highest operational and safety standards across your area.

  • Lead and support a portfolio of convenience retail sites to deliver operational excellence.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop Store Managers to achieve KPIs and growth targets.
  • Take full ownership of store P&L, budgets, and financial reporting, ensuring profitability across the area.
  • Monitor compliance with food safety, health & safety regulations, and licensing requirements.
  • Provide guidance on HR-related issues including performance management, recruitment, and employee relations.

Proven multi-site retail management experience, ideally within convenience or food retail. Strong understanding of food safety, health & safety, and compliance regulations. Demonstrated ability to manage store-level P&Ls and budgets effectively. Field-based management experience with the ability to travel regularly. Confident and effective leader with excellent people management skills.
