The role covers East Midlands and wider regional operations, reporting to the Head of HR, and acts as a strategic partner to Business Unit Directors and senior stakeholders across a contract-led environment.

You will lead the people agenda across multiple locations, driving business transformation, new contract activity, organisational change and operational performance.
