Mac Gregor Black are partnering with a leading global logistics organisation on the search for a Regional HR Business Partner .

This is a permanent role covering the East Midlands and wider regional operations.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will act as a strategic partner to Business Unit Directors, General Managers and senior operational stakeholders across a complex, contract-led organisation.

You will lead the people agenda across multiple locations, supporting business transformation, new contract activity, organisational change and operational performance.

The position offers significant visibility and influence within a growing international business.

Key

Responsibilities: Partner with senior operational leaders to shape and deliver regional people strategies.

Translate commercial and operational priorities into effective workforce and organisational plans.

Lead complex transformation, restructuring and organisational change programmes.

Manage the people elements of TUPE transfers, new business wins, bids and contract mobilisation.

Provide strategic oversight of complex and high-risk employee relations matters.

Influence senior leaders to reach pragmatic, commercially viable people decisions.

Lead regional talent, succession, performance and engagement initiatives.

Use workforce data and HR insight to identify risk, improve performance and support decision-making.

Build leadership capability through coaching, challenge and targeted development.

Collaborate with HR Shared Services, Talent Acquisition, Reward and Learning
