MacGregor Black are partnering with a Leading Manufacturing Business on the search for a Project Engineer. This is a perm role based in Leeds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Finance Business Partner to establish a comprehensive process and controls for developing project financials for approval, including support for business cases for larger initiatives, managing project expenditure timelines, and forecasting future spending.
- Assist the senior project team in implementing the engineering strategy and framework for the assigned project.
- Oversee the management of materials, equipment, and labour within the designated budget and resources, ensuring safe, effective, and efficient service delivery on the project.
- Communicate all systems, design information, procedures, and quality systems effectively.
- Provide technical support to project delivery teams by reviewing and verifying their work.
- Lead or assist with project assurance by conducting audits and holding regular meetings with project teams, identifying best practices, areas for improvement, and concerns related to safety, finance, or quality.

- Experience with projects in an FMCG environment
