Are you an experienced Continuous Improvement manager within FMCG? MacGregor Black are partnering with a leading FMCG brand on the search for an Operational Excellence Manager. This is a perm role based in Preston.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data driven to define, develop and optimise a balanced and performing manufacturing footprint.
- Integrates new Industrial models.
- Extensive experience in manufacturing or industrial operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in multi-site coordination and cross-functional project management.
- Strong background in cost control and financial analysis.
- Exposure to strategic planning and organisational development.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering or Industrial Management - desirable.
