MacGregor Black are partnering with a Growing Sport, Outdoor, Lifestyle Fashion Business on the search for a Regional Account Manager. This is a permanent, home-based role with regular regional travel. Reporting to the UK Sales Manager, the Regional Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of retail accounts within an assigned UK territory, supporting new brand launches and driving sustainable regional growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and grow existing retail accounts within the region
- Support the rollout of new brand launches into new and existing retail partners
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory
- Prepare thoroughly for account meetings, including sales analysis, samples, market awareness, and knowledge of industry and company developments
- Deliver sales targets and contribute to wider UK growth objectives
- Provide ongoing support to retailers to ensure strong brand representation, including in-store merchandising and online presence
- Monitor sell-through data and use analytics to identify trends and opportunities
- Work closely with internal teams to align sales, marketing, and merchandising activity
- Provide regular reporting and forecasting to the UK Sales Manager
- 2+ years' experience in a sales or account management role
- Proven experience working with retail or wholesale accounts
- Knowledge of brand, product marketing, and merchandising principles
- Experience working within Sports, Lifestyle, or Fashion channels preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Experience supporting new brand or product launches
- Strong organisational and territory management skills
- Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset
