We are currently partnering with a successful and growing business near Dundee to recruit a Management Accountant to join their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working closely with operational stakeholders, driving performance through insightful analysis, and contributing to strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts and financial reports
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term financial planning activities
  • Provide insightful financial analysis to support business performance and decision‑making
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver financial guidance and challenge
  • Assist in the development and execution of financial strategies
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial controls, and company policies

About You:

  • Previous experience in a Management Accountant or similar finance position
  • Strong understanding of management accounting, financial reporting, and business partnering

  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with finance systems
  • ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification preferred (part‑qualified candidates will also be considered)
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage stakeholders across all levels of the business
