Are you an experienced Continuous Improvement manager within FMCG? Do you have experience of successfully managing the process improvement of fast paced manufacturing sites? Are you an influential leader within fast paced, continuous manufacturing? MacGregor Black are partnering with a leading FMCG brand on the search for a Operational Excellence Manager. This is a perm role based in Preston.
What We're Looking For:
- Data driven to define, develop and optimise a balanced and performing manufacturing footprint
- Develops the strategic plan at site level, also proposing footprint developments and optimisation
- Drives integration program initiatives inside the sites, operating as facilitator
- Simplifies the link between sites and central functions
- Results driven. Acts on processes, systems, methods, guidelines and know-how management to achieve operational excellence
- Integrates new Industrial models
Experience Requirements:
- Extensive experience in manufacturing or industrial operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record in continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence
- Experience in multi-site coordination and cross-functional project management
- Strong background in cost control and financial analysis
- Exposure to strategic planning and organisational development
- Degree in Engineering or Industrial Management - desirable
- Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Project Management (PMP/Prince2), or similar
