Mac Gregor Black are partnering with a confidential, market-leading food manufacturer to recruit an NPD Assistant.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an innovative business, supporting the NPD team with sample preparation, product trials, shelf-life testing and day-to-day development activities.

You ll play an important role in bringing new products from concept to launch while working closely with Technical, Operations and Supply Chain teams.

Key Responsibilities * Prepare customer samples and manage the NPD kitchen. * Coordinate shelf-life testing and record results. * Support Concept and Process Technologists with product development activities. * Maintain accurate product documentation and specifications. * Ensure high standards of food safety, hygiene and organisation. * Assist with market research and wider NPD projects.
