We are looking for someone who is organised and ambitious to join our team as a Senior Administrative Assistant. - Taking ownership of the day-to-day administration that keeps the business running smoothly.
- Supporting our consultants with organising and maintaining their databases, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
- Helping to research and compile target lists of key decision-makers and companies to support business development activity.
- Supporting our Marketing & CRM team with email campaigns and research.
- Managing general office coordination, correspondence, and scheduling.
- Previous experience using a CRM system.
- A clear and confident communicator, comfortable corresponding professionally by email and phone.
- Comfortable working with data and picking up new systems quickly.
