MacGregor Black are partnering with a leading food production business on the search for a Hygiene Manager. This is a FIXED TERM CONTRACT role based in Newcastle.
Responsibilities include:
- Keeping the site ready for BRC audits, taking responsibility across all hygiene aspects.
- Organisation of training, creation of work instructions for existing and new kit brought on site.
- Management of the hygiene team.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Food Hygiene Standards and requirements.
- Intermediate/advanced food safety qualification.
- Experience of managing a hygiene team.
- Health & Safety at work qualification.
