This is a high-profile opportunity to take ownership of a key retail account, driving growth, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering against ambitious commercial targets.
- Build and execute the joint business plan to achieve volume, sales, and profit targets
- Drive profitable promotional activity and identify growth opportunities
- Manage pricing, costing submissions, and margin performance
- Analyse performance vs budget and clearly articulate variances
- Act as the key customer lead across all commercially related projects
Requirements:
- Proven Senior National Account Manager experience within FMCG
- Strong commercial acumen with full P&L ownership
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Food industry experience is essential
- Previous team management experience desirable
