MacGregor Black are partnering with a Leading International Hot Beverage Solutions business on a search for a European Key Account Manager. This is a permanent role based in the United Kingdom.
As the European Key Account Manager, you will take full ownership of key European customers while actively driving new business growth across FMCG channels. This role requires a commercially sharp operator who can balance strategic account leadership with a relentless focus on identifying, opening, and converting new opportunities across Europe.
With accountability across coffee, machines, and service, you will deliver a fully integrated total solution while expanding footprint and revenue across multiple markets.
- Own and develop senior-level relationships with key European FMCG customers, driving long-term value and growth
- Deliver against volume, revenue and profit targets through best-in-class key account management
- Build and execute robust Account Plans and Joint Business Plans aligned to European growth strategy
- Monitor performance across P&L, identifying risks and unlocking commercial opportunities
- Stay ahead of customer strategy, category trends and competitive dynamics within FMCG
- Build and maintain a strong, high-quality pipeline of opportunities
- Prospect, network and open doors with new customers across channels
- Develop compelling, insight-led proposals leveraging data and market intelligence
Proven success in European Key Account Management within FMCG, with clear responsibility for driving growth. Strong track record of winning and converting new business, not just managing existing accounts. Commercially astute with solid P&L, pricing and margin management experience. Data-driven with strong analytical capability. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. Willingness to travel across the UK and Europe.
£60-65k including car allowance.
