Do you thrive in a collaborative, brand-led environment where creative standards are high and attention to detail matters?

This is a permanent role based in Harrogate. As Midweight Graphic Designer, you will sit within the Design Team and play a key role in shaping visual narratives across global marketing activity. Working closely with the Creative Lead, you will answer briefs with creative, on-brand outputs across digital marketing, eCommerce, social, paid media, print, and motion — ensuring consistency and quality across every touchpoint.

This role suits a confident, creatively driven designer who is equally comfortable working independently and as part of a team, and who understands the importance of delivering strong work within a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Creative Lead to deliver design outputs that meet briefs and adhere to brand guidelines across all formats and platforms.
  • Produce high-quality design work spanning digital marketing, eCommerce, social media, paid media, print, and motion.
  • Manage creative briefs effectively within the Design Team, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication with stakeholders across the business.
  • Adapt creative assets for use across a range of platforms and markets, maintaining consistency and quality throughout.
  • Provide support and guidance to junior members of the team where required, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing creative environment.
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders across departments to ensure briefs are clearly understood and delivered to expectation.
  • Commit to ongoing professional development, keeping skills and industry knowledge current.
What We Are Looking For:
  • Minimum 3 years' design experience within an agency or in-house team, with a strong portfolio demonstrating work across digital and print.
  • Proficiency across Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Figma.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, animation, and art direction.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to present ideas and take direction constructively.
