Marketing Manager Do you have a proven track record in managing, developing and brand marketing activities? Have you successful launched various product ranges? Are you at the cutting edge of digital marketing from both an onsite content and offsite social perspective? Macgregor Black are partnering with a Global Market Leading Housewares brand , on the search for a Marketing Manager . This is a permanent role based in Cumbria. As Marketing Manager You will be Reporting to the Marketing Director with the main duties and responsibilities being to manage customer specific marketing activities, branded communications, product launches as well as digital marketing activities. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement brand communication strategies that align with the company’s goals and vision. Craft compelling brand stories and key messages to communicate across digital, social, print, and PR channels. Brand guardianship – Utilisation of the brand guidelines, language and presentation style to manage consistent, on-brand execution throughout all touchpoints Collaborate with product marketing teams to ensure brand consistency in product messaging. Analyse and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimise strategies. Brand chronicling – To compile and maintain structured libraries of all assets, content and activities. Product Launch Activity – Developing assets, content and copy for new product launches and product ranges. Dovetail with the Product Development Team and the wider Marketing Team to understand messaging and requirements. Launch implementation – Manage the launch to market process to ensure seamless and timely delivery. Sales Channels requirements – Dovetail with the Sales Teams to ensure consideration and coverage of individual Retailer requirements. Product Portfolios – To compile and maintain structured files of all product information, assets and activity. Performance tracking of all activities to inform future activity and improvements. Onsite content – Mange all content and wider presentation across the website. Ensure timely updates of commercial interfaces and regular updates of rich content. Offsite activity – Develop content and assets for consumer communications. Channels to include: biddable, display and social media Performance tracking of all activities to inform future direction and improvements. What are we looking for? We are looking for someone with proven brand marketing experience, working with key products and brands within the consumer goods space. Strong project management skills with a proven track record of leading successful product launches. Excellent communication skills and ability to craft compelling product narratives.
