Are you an experienced operational leader within a high-quality FMCG manufacturing environment? Do you have extensive experience in developing manufacturing excellence in a fast-paced environment? Would you like to join a business that values its people and looks to develop in house talent to unlock potential? MacGregor Black are partnering with a FMCG Manufacturing Business on the search for a Manufacturing Manager. This is a perm role based in Glasgow. Key Responsibilities: Drive manufacturing excellence onsite. Develop and lead the implementation of change management initiatives. Provide clear manufacturing objectives, vision, and leadership to the site. Drive improvements across KPI\’s for the site, including cost, safety, service, quality, gross losses and absenteeism. Ensure the Site has appropriate processes and systems in place to drive best practice manufacturing standards with a focus on developing and embedding LEAN manufacturing. What We\’re Looking For: Successful track record of delivery in previous team leadership roles is essential. Exposure to a number of different functions and evidence of being able to apply knowledge in other areas. Commercially astute with the ability to see the broader business context gained through experience of working with commercial functions.
