Macgregor Black are partnering with a growing consumer brand on the search for a Field Sales Representative. This is a permanent role based in Manchester.

As the Field Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of independent retailers, driving both distribution and in-store performance. This is a hands-on, field-based role suited to someone who thrives on autonomy and building strong commercial relationships.

  • Build and maintain relationships with independent and specialist retail accounts.
  • Execute regular store visits to drive visibility, availability, and sales.
  • Negotiate listings, promotions, and in-store positioning.
  • Ensure strong merchandising standards and brand presence.
  • Deliver product training and support to retail partners.
  • Monitor performance and provide regular sales insights and reporting.

Proven experience in field sales, ideally within Toy/Sports or consumer goods.

Strong experience working with independent retail/specialist channels.

Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region.
