MacGregor Black is currently partnering with a well-established consumer goods brand, on the search for an Account Manager - Value. This is a permanent role based in Manchester. As the Account Manager - Value, you will lead and grow our Value/Discount retail partnerships. You will own the commercial strategy across this channel, delivering sustainable growth, exceptional retailer relationships, and best-in-class execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow Value/Discount retail accounts across the UK
  • Develop and deliver robust joint business plans
  • Lead annual negotiations, pricing, and promotional planning
  • Use data and insight to drive commercial decision-making
  • Work cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, and category teams
  • Forecasting, budgeting, and full P&L ownership for the channel
