MacGregor Black is partnering with a growing, multi‑brand drinks business on the search for a Business Development Executive to drive On‑Trade growth across the North West. This is a field‑based role focused on winning new business, building relationships, and increasing visibility across a portfolio of brands. It’s a great opportunity for someone early in their On‑Trade sales career looking to take ownership of a territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and win new On‑Trade customers across pubs, bars, and hospitality venues
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business
- Deliver brand visibility through placements, activations, and in‑venue presence
- Generate and follow up on leads, converting opportunities into long‑term accounts
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of orders and customer support
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track performance across your territory
- Support trade events, tastings, and brand activations to build awareness
- Provide regular feedback on market activity, customer trends, and opportunities
