MacGregor Black is partnering with a rapidly growing UK-based FMCG business on the search for an Engineering Manager / Maintenance Manager. This is a hands-on leadership role, managing a small engineering team while remaining involved on the tools. The site is undergoing significant investment, with the opportunity for the successful candidate to grow with the business. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop a small engineering team. Manage planned and reactive maintenance. Support a fast-paced, high-speed production environment. Remain hands-on with engineering and fault finding. Drive reliability, standards and continuous improvement. Work closely with Operations and report to the Operations Director. What We're Looking For: Engineering leadership experience within FMCG, food or similar manufacturing. Experience with linear/continuous production and packaging lines.
