MacGregor Black are partnering with an innovative beverage solutions business on the search for a Strategic Account Manager. This is a permanent role covering Greater London, operating in a field-based and remote working capacity.
As Strategic Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth across a portfolio of strategic B2B customers. Working within a fast-growing commercial team, you will be responsible for developing key customer relationships whilst proactively building pipeline and identifying new opportunities to accelerate business performance. This is a consultative, solution-selling role focused on delivering innovative and sustainable hydration solutions to customers across workplace, hospitality, vending and contract catering channels.
The successful candidate will thrive in a KPI-driven environment, possess strong commercial acumen and be comfortable operating within a high-growth business that offers significant opportunity for career development.
- Develop and grow strategic customer relationships across key accounts and channel partners.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within workplace, hospitality, foodservice and contract catering sectors.
- Proactively build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, converting opportunities into long-term customer partnerships.
- Deliver against monthly sales, revenue and growth targets.
- Drive account expansion through consultative, solution-based selling and value creation.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across procurement, operations, commercial and sustainability functions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and account development.
- Gather customer insights and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting innovative and sustainable beverage solutions.
Proven success within B2B sales, account management or business development. Experience selling into foodservice, hospitality, workplace, vending or contract catering environments. Strong track record of delivering commercial growth and exceeding sales targets. Experience managing and developing strategic customer relationships. Demonstrable solution-selling capability and a consultative sales approach. Existing relationships within foodservice, workplace or catering networks would be highly advantageous. Self-motivated, energetic and ambitious, with a desire to grow your career within a scaling business.
