MacGregor Black is partnering with a leadingUK Wholesale & Retail business on the search for a Retail Media Commercial Manager . This is a permanent role based in West London , with five days per week on-site.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly created Retail Media team, helping to develop supplier partnerships and grow a new commercial revenue stream. Working closely with FMCG suppliers and internal stakeholders, you'll create compelling media solutions that deliver measurable value for customers whilst driving incremental revenue across both Retail and Wholesale channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and develop strong relationships with FMCG suppliers to secure Retail Media investment
- Identify new commercial opportunities and create supplier-specific media proposals
- Develop annual commercial plans and supplier growth strategies
- Manage campaign bookings from proposal through to execution and performance review
- Create compelling presentations and media packages tailored to supplier objectives
- Track campaign performance, supplier investment, revenue, and commercial ROI
- Work closely with Marketing, Trading, Retail and Operations teams to deliver successful campaigns
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting while identifying future growth opportunities
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience within Retail Media, Shopper Marketing, Media Sales, Grocery, or FMCG
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing supplier or customer relationships
- Confident presenting commercial proposals and influencing senior stakeholders
- Experience creating business cases, commercial forecasts, or annual account plans
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Commercially driven with a strong focus on delivering revenue growth
- Comfortable working cross-functionally within a fast-paced business
