This is a 6-month fixed term contract opportunity based in Greater London. This is a senior commercial role responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of key retail and retail café accounts. The successful candidate will drive strategic customer partnerships, deliver sustainable category growth, and play a key role in shaping future commercial strategy across the channel.
- Own and deliver the full P&L for a portfolio of national retail accounts, ensuring delivery of annual targets and contribution to wider strategic objectives.
- Develop and execute Joint Business Plans aligned to customer and business priorities across product, pricing, promotion, and placement.
- Identify new business opportunities through market insight, customer analysis, and category trends.
- Lead commercial negotiations and promotional planning with senior customer stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement across account management processes and ways of working.
Proven experience in National Account Management within FMCG. Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&Ls and delivering growth. Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience within beverages, foodservice, or adjacent categories would be advantageous.
