MacGregor Black are partnering with a leading UK retail and wholesale business to recruit a New Business Manager. This is a true field-based hunter role.

As the New Business Manager, you will be focused on pure acquisition across the independent retail and convenience sector. You will take full ownership of a territory, identifying, targeting, and converting new customers across independent retailers, convenience stores, forecourts, and symbol groups.

  • Build and execute a structured, high-volume acquisition pipeline
  • Deliver consistent field activity including cold calling, site visits, and local networking
  • Win new business from competitors and drive rapid account onboarding
  • Develop strong relationships with store owners and key decision-makers
  • Consistently deliver against new business revenue and volume targets
