We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Account Manager to join our Off Price Sales and Operations team. This role is responsible for managing and growing key off-price accounts, driving sales performance, while maintaining product integrity and delivering margin. You will act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and work closely with internal teams to deliver strong commercial results.
- Identify and secure new off-price sales opportunities to drive incremental revenue and deliver against sales and margin targets.
- Own the end-to-end sales process, from range building and pricing to order placement and delivery.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and volumes in line with margin and stock objectives.
- Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and sell-through, providing regular analysis and forecasts.
- Monitor deliveries, updating customers with any movements and offering commercial solutions.
- Prepare and present sales reports, customer feedback, and market insights to internal stakeholders.
- Conduct market research, monitor industry trends and pricing strategies, and gather competitor intelligence to identify opportunities and threats.
- Lead category management conversations with customers, using insights to influence commercial decisions.
- Participate in key business meetings, including annual planning, commercial strategy, forecast validation, demand planning, and reviews.
Proven experience in an Account Manager or Sales role, ideally within off-price, wholesale, or fashion retail. Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts. Confident working with data, forecasts, and sales reports. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant systems. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Entrepreneurial mindset with creative thinking within product guidelines. Flexible, adaptable, and solution-focused approach. A genuine interest in fashion and off-price retail.
