Macgregor Black are partnering with a growing consumer goods brand on the search for a Head of Sales - Leisure & Hospitality. This is a permanent role based in London.
As the Head of Partnership Sales you will drive B2B growth across the UK and Europe. This senior commercial role will focus on building strategic partnerships with major pub groups, hospitality operators, and other relevant leisure and educational channels. This is not a traditional sales position - it is a strategic commercial leadership role for an experienced professional who can design and implement a scalable go-to-market strategy, build a capable team, and work closely with senior leadership to expand a unique, interactive experience concept across multiple territories.
- Develop and execute a commercial partnership strategy for expansion across the leisure and hospitality sectors.
- Identify and secure relationships with major operators, including pub chains, venue groups, and other strategic channels.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Director to define growth priorities and deliver a long-term expansion roadmap across the UK and European markets.
- Build, lead, and mentor a small commercial and partnerships team to deliver on key revenue and performance objectives.
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales and partnerships within the leisure, hospitality, or entertainment sectors.
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience developing strategic frameworks and partnership ecosystems.
- Proven ability to sell into multi-site operators and manage long-term commercial relationships.
- Experienced in team building, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
