  • Build and strengthen senior relationships across key retail and wholesale customers.
  • Identify and unlock new business opportunities, driving distribution, profitability and market share growth.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, annual JBPs and long-term customer partnerships.
  • Drive growth across branded and private label propositions.
  • Lead, coach and develop a small high-performing commercial team, creating clear accountability and performance standards.
  • Own channel forecasting, commercial planning and delivery against revenue and margin targets.
  • Work cross-functionally with Category, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to deliver best-in-class customer execution.
  • Translate market, shopper and consumer insight into compelling customer propositions and growth opportunities.
  • Support broader category and channel development within coffee and adjacent beverage-led environments.
What We’re Looking For:
  • A proven senior commercial or sales leader with strong experience across retail, wholesale, grocery or FMCG channels.
  • Strong existing relationships across UK Grocery, Convenience and Wholesale customers.
  • Demonstrated success delivering profitable growth through strategic customer partnerships and commercial execution.
  • Experience leading JBPs, pricing negotiations and multi-channel growth plans.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing sizeable P&Ls and growth targets.
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on within a lean, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership capability with experience developing and coaching teams.
  • Coffee, beverage or adjacent food category experience would be highly advantageous.
  • Highly collaborative and credible with the ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Data-driven, commercially astute and customer focused, with strong pace and execution capability.
